Therapy for the in-between. When the old no longer fits, and the new is not yet clear.
Accredited Psychosynthesis Therapist · MBACP Registered
You’re at a transitional moment in your life and would like someone beside you as you navigate what comes next.
This space is for you.
Most people arrive not quite knowing what to say, and that's exactly the right place to start.
You might be feeling stuck, anxious, or low.
Or perhaps nothing obvious has happened at all, but something inside has quietly stopped fitting.
Maybe there's a life change underway — a relationship, a career, a loss or simply a growing sense that who you have been no longer fits who you are becoming.
You don't need to arrive with a clear story, a goal, or an explanation.
Together we slow down, get curious, and begin to listen more carefully to what's already there.

Hello,
I’m Karrie.
I tend to work well with people who are thoughtful and self-aware, but who feel they have reached the edges of their own understanding. Often they are high-functioning, managing work, relationships, and life, while quietly carrying something that hasn't been given space.
This might include questions of identity and direction, anxiety or self-doubt, a sense of disconnection from yourself or others, or a life chapter that no longer fits the person you are becoming.
I work with adults, typically one-to-one and online.
The shape of our work, together.
My training is in Psychosynthesis, an integrative, relational and humanistic approach that works with the whole person: your thoughts, feelings, body, relationships and sense of meaning in life, not just your symptoms.
What happens between us matters as much as what we talk about. I pay close attention to the relationship in the room: to what is said and what is not, to the moments of recognition and the places where things feel stuck. That attention becomes its own source of insight.
I will not direct you towards conclusions or tell you what things mean. Instead, we notice together, returning to things, sitting with what arises, and letting understanding come at its own pace. Many people find that, over time, they begin to hear themselves differently.
Most people come during a particular chapter of life and stay for as long as feels useful, whether that is a few months or considerably longer.
I may not be the right fit if you are looking for quick solutions and short-term problem-solving.
